Uploading multiple products at once is simple — just follow these steps:

1. Go to Your Dashboard:

• Log in to your seller account on CorrosionHub.

• In the dashboard, click on Bulk Upload in the menu.

2. Download the Sample & Check Requirements:

• On the Bulk Upload page, you’ll see helpful details and a sample CSV file you can download.

• Make sure your CSV file:

  • Is in CSV format (not XLSX or other).

  • Uses UTF-8 encoding to avoid any special character errors.

  • Has a first row with column names (e.g., sku, name, price, youtube_link, etc.).

  • For images, use columns like image_1, image_2, etc. — remember, images themselves can’t be uploaded through CSV; only their text paths or links if needed.

  • Categories must be selected manually later since they have specific IDs.

  • YouTube links can be added directly, as they are text.

3. Upload Your CSV File:

• Click Choose File, select your CSV, then click Upload.

• If your file uploads successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message.

4. Start the Import:

• After uploading, click the Start Importing button to begin importing your products.

• You’ll see a preview of the products that were uploaded — use this to double-check that everything looks correct!

5. Troubleshooting:

• If you run into any issues, make sure:

  • Your CSV uses UTF-8 encoding.

  • Column names match your product fields exactly.

  • There are no extra spaces or empty columns in your CSV.
